Terms of Service

ZNAT is an AI-powered sales and customer-retention platform that helps businesses classify and respond to messages across channels such as email (Gmail) and WhatsApp, including AI-suggested reply drafts that you review before sending.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited, unlawful, misleading, or abusive messages, or spam.
• Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
• Break any applicable law or the policies of connected providers such as Meta or Google.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and Gmail (Google). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective provider terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party platforms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to classify messages and generate suggested reply drafts. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Drafts are suggestions for your review; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any message before it is sent. AI output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Post content you author for a Campaign is automatically reviewed by AI before it becomes eligible for approval and publication. This review checks for safety (for example, hateful, fraudulent, or spam content) and, where a Campaign has a stated objective, whether the post fits that objective. The review may reject a post, and the explanation given for a rejection is AI-generated and may be imprecise. Reviewing a post consumes credits whether it is accepted or rejected.

A Campaign's objective is likewise reviewed by AI before it takes effect, to confirm it is suitable to judge future posts against. This objective screening consumes credits whether it is accepted or rejected, and each resubmission of a revised objective is charged again.

Some features are subject to usage limits or fees, which will be described at the point of purchase or in your plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account.

The Service, including its software and content we provide, is owned by ZNAT and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNAT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
